Q. What is an Indian Head Massage?
 
A. Indian Head Massage is an ancient technique practiced in India under the Ayurvedic methods of medicine.
It’s a type of massage that focuses on the head, neck, face, shoulders and upper arms. These important energy “pots” are areas where tension and stress can accumulate, the main aim of an Indian Head Massage is to release the stress and tension which in turn relieves the pain, tightness and stiffness.
A firm but gentle rhythm is applied to release any blockages that have accumulated in the upper body over time
